House painting prices

When we estimate the cost of your house painting project, we’ll begin with a thorough assessment. Our team will first measure the entire area you wish us to paint. This provides a baseline for material needs and helps us gauge the job's complexity. Factors such as the height of the roof, the condition of existing surfaces, and architectural details and trim can influence the time and resources required for completion. We'll consider the type of paint and finish you desire, as paints and finishes can vary significantly in cost.

Once we understand your space and preferences, we'll review the options that are available to you. This includes color schemes, finishes, and whether you prefer eco-friendly paints. Your estimate will reflect the current cost of labor, which fluctuates based on the season. We’ll provide a transparent breakdown of all expenses, from materials to labor, so you can make an informed decision that fits within your budget. Ultimately, we'll aim to ensure that your painting project meets your aesthetic vision and aligns with your financial expectations.

Entryways

Your front door serves as a focal point of your home’s exterior, significantly impacting curb appeal. The average cost to paint or refinish an entryway ranges from $600 to $2,000, depending on the size of the door, the type of paint used, the cost of new security locks, and if surface preparation work such as sanding, filling, or priming is required. High-quality, weather-resistant paint can enhance appearance and durability. Intricate door designs require more labor, increasing the project's cost.

Garage doors

Adding your garage door into your house painting project can enhance the appeal and value of your home. Typically, the expense for painting a garage door ranges from $800 to $2,400, depending on the size of the door, the complexity of its design, and the materials used. A garage door usually requires meticulous preparation, including thorough cleaning, sanding to ensure proper adhesion, and the application of a high-quality primer—particularly if the surface is badly weathered.

Front porch

Painting a front porch can cost from $800 to $2,400, depending on the porch's size, trim, and quality of the paint selected. High-quality, weather-resistant paint not only ensures a vibrant finish, but also prolongs the life of the paint job. Elaborate moldings and intricate railings require sanding down old paint and applying a primer—which will add to labor costs, making it imperative to budget appropriately. Your porch, when complemented by expert painting, serves as a comfortable gathering location.
