What you would be doing
Residential work in Naples, Bonita Springs, and Estero, mostly on houses where the owner is paying attention to the finish. Small crews, no subcontracted chains, and the owner on site rather than on the phone.
Painter
Interior and exterior. Prep, cutting in, rolling, and spraying. You know why the wall gets sanded before it gets primed.
Cabinet finisher
Spray finishing in the shop and hand finishing frames on site. Steady hand, clean lines, and patience with door counts.
Plaster and decorative applicator
Venetian and lime plaster, metallics, and hand-troweled texture. Bring photographs of walls you have applied.
Floor coating crew
Grinding, crack repair, and epoxy or polyaspartic systems. Comfortable running a grinder for a full day.
